Our services offer Clients the opportunity to gain independent and impartial design advice ahead of and during major capital programmes. Our consultancy offers expertise including: assisting a Client in the formulation of a strategic approach ; the preparation of a project brief ; advice on spatial arrangements and material specifications; critical reviews and assessments of bidders and contractors proposals; procurement selection; and delivery appraisals and monitoring of KPIs.
CURRENT AND RECENT COMMISSIONS
Appointment by the Department for Education's Education Funding Agency to carry out design appraisals and critical reviews of the UK Government's Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP).
Acting on behalf of Local Education Authorities to develop Design Briefs and offer critical assessment on c£1 billion education projects under the UK Government's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
Production of an architectural brief and initial design study for a Dementia Friendly Community Hub on behalf of a Leisure Services organisation.
Development of prescribed Housing concepts to enable the application of BIM digital Factory-engineered processes for manufacture, delivery and assembly.
